You've opened up a pandora's box! Truthfully, you could probably get any of these solutions to work for you. The nice thing about Optio (and maybe Formscape and CreateForm, too) is that you print the .pdf file that is generated from invoice printing in OneWorld to get your final output. Crystal, on the other hand, will be a separate report you will need to run, after the OneWorld invoicing UBE.

I have no experience with Formscape or CreateForm. However, we have been using Optio for printing, faxing and e-mailing many documents since 1999, and it has served us very well. I also work with Crystal Reports, and it's a great tool -- the only drawback to Crystal in this case is the need to run a separate report (besides the OneWorld UBE).

To print invoices only OPTIO is a good OPTIOn. However, you may also think about what you need in the future. If you like to connect to various ERP or other output generating systems StreamServe may be an even better option. It connects to 21 ERP systems.

We use Create Form here. It was implemented before I started so I cant comment on how easy/differcult it was to get up and running. However, now that it is in place it works very well. Its completely invisble to the users and requires next to no maintenance, just a reboot of the server every now and again (no surpirse there).

The great debate continues..... I have worked with Optio,CreatForms and
Jet Forms(eResolve) my experience has been that Optio is the most
expensive solution. It does have a very user friendly interface when you
design a form. You design it with the PDF from JDE on your screen. So you
can see what fields and the data at the same time. Jet Forms(eResolve) has
probably the worst design interface IMHO. CreateForms is ok, It has been a
long time since I used it, so I am not sure what has changed since then.
If you have the budget, I would recommend Optio.
