exportng grid through citrix

I am having a problem with users wanting to export a grid to excel while signing on through Cirtix. It seems that they can't. Has anyone has this same problem? I don't have a problem with users from a fat client.

Do you have Excel loaded on your Citrix Servers. Whe you try to export it looks for Excel on the server not the client.

is excel installed on the citrix box?

Even if you have Excel on citrix you still have to do a save as to get it to the local desktop. As faster method is to cut and paste right from the screnn. Many, not all, of the screens you can cut and past into excel. If you can highlight multiple records you can Ctr- C or edit copy from the tool bar. Then paste onto your desktop.
