inclusive row securiy in ERP8

I am trying to turn the inclusive row security, I wanted to check the correct sql statement is this

Insert into SYS7334.F00950 (FSSETY, FSUSER, FSOBNM, FSDTAI, FSFRDV, FSSY, FSATN3) Values(' ','EXCLUSIVE',' ', ' ', ' ', ' ' , '1')

There's a document on KG which talks about turning on inclusive security and it gives the SQL statement as well. I don't remember the document number.
