CITRIX TABS DROPPING

I have just installed a Citrix Metaframe 1.8 win2k version server with
oneworld b7332 sp14.1
When ever somebody adds a new menu tab , when they log off and back on the
new tab is gone. is there a setting I am missing or is this something else
say like my SP level.

There was the same issue with SP 20, and was fixed with one off E1. I
know this doesn't help you at SP 14.1, but just so you are aware, the
issue does exist and was corrected on other SP levels.

Now what's even worse is, that I goofed when I keyed in my specs, The
problem is actually happening on my

ERP8 SP21_I1
WINDOWS 2K
SQL SERVER 2K
Citrix Metaframe 1.8 for Win2K on Windows 2k

Sorry about that; B7332 sp14.1 is Current Box, ERP8 is due for Go Live 7/1.

Have you looked for the obvious first? The "Save Settings on Exit" box is checked? There isn't any security to prevent the users from adding custom tabs (not likely, but possible)?

If both of those are clear, then I would agree with the previous post. There is a fix in SP20_E1 and higher.
