How to copy User Overrides (UO)?

One of our power users just made a bunch of power User Overrides. Now he wants all of the other users to have these power formats.

In P98950 User Overrides Revision, I brought up each UO and copied it to *PUBLIC. One thing-- every time I accepted the copy, the copy UO screen came up again, blank.

When I got done, I signed out, then tried visiting a couple of the applications affected by the new UOs. But I can't see the effects of any of the UOs. In the OMW, I do a search for UOs for the user *PUBLIC, and they exist.

How should I copy the UOs from a user to everyone? Thanks in advance.

Duh. I copied the User Overrides from a Spanish user to *PUBLIC, then tested using CNCADMIN, an English user. Since the UOs were all associated with Spanish, the English user did not see them.
