Right-click menu in wrong language

Hi Everybody,
We have Spanish OneWorld full package fat clients. In *some* workstations, we have this situation:

0) The user has language set to Spanish
1) The user enters *any* environment
2) The user enters any application with a grid
3) The user right-clicks in the grid
4) *The menu shows up in English!*

This does not happen in all of our workstations.

Where is this controlled from? Has anyone else ever had to fix this?
