Hi, I also receive this when clicked on the Create Issue row exit of P4108. Anyone has any idea?

I'm curious about the issue and I was about to check the code. But I could not fine "Create Issue" row exit in P4108. Can you please let me know the form name also.

It is W4108G. Not sure if it is a custom form in our system though. I can share the event rule if it is a non-standard form.
