Automatically starting a Websphere Application Server after Subsystem restart

To all,

Does anyone know a way to have an Application Server in Websphere restart automatically after the subsystem restarted?? We are running JAS on our AS/400, and we have a need to bring down the subsytem and restart it, however, the application server does not restart automatically.
