Company Paid Benefits on Payroll Pay stub

My Employer would like to add the company paid benefits to the employee's
pay stub. They would like to add employer paid FICA, SUI, FUI, Medical
premium, Dental Premium, Life Insurance Premium that the company pays for
each employee.

Has anyone done this?
