Administrative Password Changes

Has anyone set up Row Security (on Alias=USER) to restrict the ability to reset the "JDE" system user password through P98OWSEC? We would like the Help Desk to have the ability to reset passwords for users, but would like to lock them out of the JDE ID.

We are using ERP8, SP21 - Citrix, HTML.

We have done this for JDE and other powerful profiles. We have it on the AS/400 as well as inside of JDE. Did you have a specific question about it?

I would be interested how you have implemented this. We are using Inclusive Row Security and would like to know what entries need to be put in the secuirty table.

I am interested in what table(s) (F98OWSEC, F0092, etc.) that you applied Row Security to. Also, did you use Alias=USER?

We are using Inclusive Row Security, so I would be interested in seeing the Row Security entries that you utilized to achieve this.
