I know...Newbie question but it's something I haven't looked at for about
2-3 years:

Where can I see what port I'm using for JDE? I know the default is 6009 for
XE (wasn't it 6008 for 7332?).

B7332, SP17.1_E1, MSSQL 7.0, NT 4.0

.....one place you can find this is in the JDE.INI file on your enterprise
server under the [JDENET] section.........there will be 2 entries;

ServiceNameListen
ServiceNameConnect

It can also be found under the C:\WINNT directory on your deployment server,
again in the JDE.INI file - same section, i.e. [JDENET]

Hi,

First place to look at is in the jde.ini file in the
section
[JDENET]
serviceNameListen=6009
serviceNameConnect=6009

Another place to find what port you are using is the
scheduler server if you are running one. Go to the
application P91300 and in the form menu select
Scheduler Server and it will show you what port number
you are using. Actually you hard code this port number
for the scheduler in F91300.

Hope this helps...
