I List,

I would like to know if a interface or a connector exist to have One World and MS CRM talk together. Has anyone already implemented MS CRM along with One World.

Forgive my ignorance, but what is "MS CRM"? And what type is its DataBase (if it uses one)?

Microsoft Customer Relationship Management working of course with MS QSL Server .

MS CRM is part of Microsoft's Great Plains suite and runs on MS-SQL. Yes,
you can exchange data between JDE OneWorld and Great Plains CRM. We have
done it at a few clients.

How did you make JDE and MS Crm communicate ? Using Biz-talk or by developping your own interface.

We used a couple of different solutions at each separate client. At one, we
used a very simple ODBC setup that sufficed for the one application they
needed but at another, we had to develop a series of 'C' programs that did a
number of internal program calls for data between MS-CRM & OneWorld. The
ODBC setup was by far the simpler solution but had its limitations. I did
not do the 'C' code interface solution so I cannot provide you with all the
detail but I will put you in touch with the SSC consultant who did.
