Can't delete customer master

Can\'t delete customer master

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this question but here goes.

We have an address book record type VG that has a customer master record also. It is a valid supplier but not customer. We can't delete this record using P03013. Any ideas.

I don't think the tech forum is the right place BUT make sure there is no open a/r for the ab#.....

Patty, If there are any AR records, these must be deleted before you can delete the customer master records. Check F03B11 and F0312.

There are no open balances. In fact there are no records in F03B* tables.

Thanks for the reply. JDE said you can't delete the customer if it has AP activity. I have asked them to enter a SAR to allow deletion of the customer master record F0301 if there are no associated AR records.
