B98800N and Server Build

After applying the latest planner JD17626 and Baseline JD18810 my server build fails on object B98800N. I did a search of this site and found many posts concerning this issue. Do I have to fix the B98800N.h file by commenting out the reference to B988200P.h or can I ingnore the error and deploy the server package with errors.

This is a known problem with B98800N SAR 5790013 - ESU JD14072.

Since I didn't want the rebuild the full package. I deployed the server package with errors, installed and applied JD14072,, then built an update package and deployed that. Does that sound like it would worked?
