Creating an environment from the Planner

We are implementing HTML at our site for a proof of concept. I am trying to create my JAS environment from the Planner. I created a custom plan for it in the planner environment, and there is a table that shows up under the additional tasks section. The table is the user id table, F0092, and says Rls Master after it. I'm not sure why that's there and what its going to do with it if I run it. Has anyone ever created an environment through the Planner and does anyone know what the F0092 table is doing under the additional tasks section? I attached a screen shot of it, so if anyone else sees anything else that doesn't look good with the plan or if anyone has had any issues with creating environments from the Planner, please give me your thoughts. Thanks.

As far as I know this is Fine.....I have it in my Custom plan when I installed my system.

You can go ahead and mark this section as completed. It should have already been run when you did the initial install.
