GetAuditInformation

We are using the GetAuditInformation Business Function and sometimes the Time and Date fields are not populated. Has anybody got any idee as to what is wrong?

I haven't heard of any problems with this business function. Are you using the BSFN in custom applications? If so you may have an issue with the directional arrows in the business function. A common mistake is to pass the variables in instead of out of the bsfn.
