P986116 and hostname

Hi List,
It's a very simple action but I want to be sure before update tables.
recently I change out my enterprise server, and in the new machine the hostname is in Upper Case, the Unix administrator told me he needs this name in Upper case. Now I can't view the submitted reports because the column JCEXEHOST in the F986110 table, takes the server name in Upper case, and I need this name in lower case if i want to see the reports.I think I have to change the server name in the data sources, but which ??.
Any idea to solve this situation will be apreciated.
thank you very much.

MCB,
your logical datasource must exactly the same as the 'hostname' command
shows. If your Unix admin says that the server´s name must in upper case
then you must change your logical datasource to all upper case.
If I am not mistaken it´s the servername field in the datasource
definition screen that matters. Change that to upper case and see what
happens. IF it doesn´t work, change the logical datasource itself to
upper case.

Good luck, Gerd

Hi Gerd,
thank you for your help, I changed the server name to upper case according the document OTI-01-0083 and it works.
Thanks.
