Hello:
I work for an Application Service Provider. We are currently working with one of our customers to get them upgraded to ERP 8 from B7332.
They are running into huge problems with R48199 - post invoices. They can run 5,000 records fine, but anything over that and they get a message - "Out of cache memory error."
We have adjusted the memory settings for SQL and have applied a recent ESU from JDE on this to no avail. Our next step is to call JDE, but this process is slow as you might imagine.
Here are the details of the system:
Enterprise Server Dell 6650 4 GB RAM, 4 Procs
Windows Advanced Server OS
SQL 2000
JDE ERP 8.0 with SP 20.
