Inserting Logo in a Report

Hi all,

I am new to JD Edwards and I am just trying to explore it.
I am trying to insert a logo( Bitmap) into the report. I used a Font creater program and created a font which holds the logo.Then in the RDA, I inserted a variable and selected the Font which carries the Logo, doing this I am able to see the logo in the design view, but when I run it It is not vissible.
What could be the problem. Where I am going Wrong?

I am running it locally.

Hi,
the font must be installed locally on your PC and be installed on the server if runned on it.
Should work well if the font size is not too large.

yeh, we have installed the font locally and working locally.
Tried in all possilble font sizes, but its only occupying the space when i run it, and it is not getting displayed.

Which version of Acrobat are you using?

We had a long running problem identical to yours, this was resolved when we uninstalled Acrobat 5 and reinstalled version 4.1.

So I think there's a problem with certain releases of Acrobat not displaying custom fonts on PDF files.

Its a good point to be noted, We have Acrobat 4.0 with us, i will try doing it with Acrobat 4.1.
