SP 20_P1 and RDA crashes

Hi there!

I've got an installation on

OneWorld Xe SP 20_P1
Windows 2000 SP2
SQL2000 SP2 MDAC 2.6 SP2
C++ 6.0 SP5

and RDA (Report Design Toolkit) always crashes when I try to use it.
Has any of you suffered the same bug? How can I solve it?
I was thinking of installing SP21 but there's a hugh warning on KG
sign that says : 'Users that use R09801 Posting should read...'.
Pretty scaring to me!
