Citrix error - Security Violation

JDEList,

I am getting a 'Security Violation - you are not licensed to run this
application' error when attempting to log into OW on my Citrix Server (not
via ICA but directly on the 'box' itself). I can log in just fine on a
'fat' client workstation with the same package installed.

I did do the Citrix install in 'install' mode and I can both ping and
tnsping all appropriate servers and Oracle databases.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
James

Try a Get Auth to licence the Citrix server as you would a fat client.
Check your SPC code useage and expiry date in P98538 you may need to reset them.

Did the person installing JDE on the Citrix Server have Read/Write access to the B7333 directory on the Deployment Server?

Thanks for all responses.

It appears as though our license has expired since we last installed
(successfully) on a 'fat' client and today (when we are attempting to
install OW on a Citrix server. Just as soon as our Deployment Server is
back on-line we will be calling JDE for a re-up on our SPC.

Thanks,
James
