gcc compliler on SUN

Hello List,
I wonder if there is a way of using the native C compiler on my Sun boxes.
Does anybody find a way of using gcc?

Not unless you can get the foundation code recompiled under GCC - which would be very cool, but very VERY unlikely.

I'd call for a linux compile at the same time if that was possible - then we'd open up a host of different OS's for Application Servers...

JDE leaves a lot of room for partners to make money - specifically C compilers for example. Its not likely they're going to change that tune for a while...
