Pb with mediaobject

For some days some users are encountering problems when they try to add some text media object upon purchase order via P4310 or P43101.
In the media object it happens that the application freezes when they click on File / Add / Text. The window to enter text does not appear, stays gray. Since we have to restart the citrix session, the order is lost.
About 100 concurrents users live on citrix xp, w2k, sql2k, xe, sp18e1.
Has anyone ever encountered this kind of problem with mediaobj ?

We've encountered similar issues when we took our deployment server
off-line which is the default path for media objects.
Look at P98moque to see where your media object are stored.
We moved our media object from the deployment server to a new directory on
the citrix server (we only allow citrix clients) and have had no issues
since.

We had a lot of problems with freeze-ups with Purchase Orders, and made some changes to P4310 so that updates processed synchronously instead of asynchronously, and this resolved most of the issues we were running into. The user may have to wait a bit longer before moving onto the next activity, but it's better than having to reboot the server and losing data entered!
