JE3861 Table Conversion

I applied ESU JE3623 a few days ago and tried to run R8998223A table conversion to insert the 2 new columns in the F98223 table. It did not work, no insertion was made. JDE told me to apply JE3861 which is the ESU that superceded JE3623 I ran the conversion again and this is what the log file says...see attached. According to the work center the table conversion was suggessful but just did not do what it is supposed to do.

Any ideas.
