Deploying Server Package

HI,
We have built successfully server package. Now should we deploy the package to Enterprise server using package deploy. cause the changes we have made initially in deployment server is getting reflected in client without deploying the package to enterprise server.

When I build a full or update package I always deploy the package to both the client and the enterprise server.
