We are setting OneWorld up to print with FormScape. We have set FormScape up, as the instructions specify, then set up our printer in OneWorld (writer and outqueue share the same name). We then began to send reports to the "printer". We can not see the spool file landing in the virtual printer; when we send the print file to other (non FormScape printers), the pdf file prints with no problem.

What are some of the things to watch for when setting up FormScape to work with OneWorld?

1) make sure your remote outq works
a) remote system = *intnetadr
b)remote printer queue = name of formscape process
c)ip address = ip address of formscape server
2) make sure your printer conversion program is spelled correctly (caps and all) and setup inside of JDE
3) make sure the formscape process you want to print to is active

questions:
1)is the spool file going to the remote outq?
2)is the remote outq started?

All naming conventions were followed, and World documents can go to the printer.

We are getting a peculiar error message:

"Could not change directory to /DV7333/res/fonts". What could cause this?

=====================================================
Generally, I've seen this when there is no /DV7333/res/fonts subdirectory
in the IFS of the AS/400. Create the folders in IFS and the error
messages disappear.
