Tips Box in Active Era

Whenever the user signs on to Atvie Era / Solution Explorer the tip of the day box pops up and when you deselect the Show tips on start up and close the box. When you signs on next time the tip of the day box pops again; whereas it should not be popping up when you have unchked the show tips on start up. This causes some sort of frustration to the users.

Has someone expereince this and how to stop this box popping up.

Any sort of help will be appreciated.

I have seen the Tip of the Day box disappear when unchecked, but it is pc specific. If a user logs into JDE via Citrix on a different workstation, they will see the Tip of the Day box again. Also, after each Full Package Build, the Tip of the Day box will reappear and have to be unchecked again. Would like to turn off via a INI setting, but have not figured out how to do that yet.
