Installation problem

Hi everyone. Just come up against a problem. When doing an install I got up to the loadall.bat section which ran succesfully. However the next section from the NT install document says to login to jdeplan as jde, toplan the installation. Whenever I try this I get a database error box and itwill not let me login

Anyone seen this before???
