Citrix Issue

I have two CItrix Servers. I just activated the second server last night. Both servers have Identical packages deployed to them. When users sign into Citrix 2 they get apps errs which do not appear in Citrix1.The error that appeared is as follows Business Function Library Load failed – C;\B7\PY7333\CDBASE.dll-_Get EnvironmentValue@12

Any Ideas

Windows NT SP18.1 Update 4
Citrix XPA Release 2

Barb,

Take a look at the size of the CDBASE.DLL's on each Server to ensure that
they are both the same size. You may want to compare the size of all of the
DLL's. I have seen in the past where the .CAB files for a package have
been corrupted.

If the file sizes are different, copy the Bin32 directory from Citrix1 to
Citrix2. Then go back and recompress the package to correct the problem.

Did you create new spec files for both servers.

You could just copy the JDE specs from the good server to the one with
problems while no users are active.

We had this problem a while ago. Checked all the usual -

Compared DLLs / Recopied DLLs / Reinstalled Client this did not work.

Worth a try.

We eventually found the problem was in the NT File Security on the Citrix Server, it all looked fine (we had checked the Folders and the Files), but when we Updated Security on the PD7333 Folder and all SubFolders and Files, it cleared the problem.

Barb :

Try running an FC between CDBASE.DLL of both servers.
Sometimes, files get corrupted.

Thank you for all the responses. Jon Steele was first in giving me the solution. (laughing) I reinstalled the package and the dlls were fine.
