Supplier Analysis

All,
I am working with a client that does not allow their supplier to have back
orders. If the item is not received the order is cancelled. This is where
the problem arises, JDE supplier analysis does not track cancelled or closed
orders as part of their delivery analysis. We are looking for any
suggestions on how we can use the deliver analysis to track NON-SHIPPED
lines. We do have a couple of ideas but are looking for input from anybody
that has dealt with this issue.
