As I said earlier, the JD Edwards Technology Foundation (formerly Blue
Stack) is sold and licensed as such...

- If you are a new JD Edwards OneWorld client purchasing ERP 8.0, the 43
CD set known as the Technology Foundation will be included in your
purchase price.

- If you are an existing JD Edwards OneWorld client, even those that
purchased ERP 8.0 prior to mid-December 2002, you must PURCHASE the
Technology Foundation.

Once purchased, either way, you are free to use any product on any of
those 43 CD's, on as many processor's, whatever kind of machine, on
multiple machines if you wish, as long as it's use is directly related to
OneWorld.

If you wish to use any of the software on any of the 43 CD's for any
non-OneWorld related activities...you certain can...after calling IBM and
sending them what I'm sure will be a hefty check.

That, in a nutshell, is the scoop, the whole scoop, and nuttin' but the
scoop.
