Does anyone know how to switch e-mail addresses for the JDE List, or cancel
my subscription?. I am getting a new e-mail address, and would like to
still participate

You can goto Control Panel and edit your personal info under the main configuration section.

Perry, you should probably direct this question to [email protected]. Eric is usually pretty on top of things, so I imagine he will get you taken care of fairly quickly.
