Application Sever

We have a AS400 Enterprise Server and 3 Application servers to run UBE. We added a 4th application server to the environment last week. It is up and running and has no problem locally. We have a remote site with a dedicated T1 conenction to the Headoffice. There is 1 FAT client there where the machine can see the 4th application server in the submitted job queue but when the user goes into the server, he cannot see any jobs there. He has no problem with the other 3 app servers. Is there something missing in the 4th server.

Check your OCM and your datasources to make sure you have the 4th App server mapped in both.

Check OCM mappings for F986110

The mapping is there. The App Server is accessable by 10 other FAT client. Just 1 can't.

Check the ODBC connections on the Fat client that can't see the server. If you want you can use regedit to export the ODBC settings from a good client and import them into the one that doesn't work.
