I have to justify some staff positions, and would appreciate some
feedback from others in the OneWorld world.

We have approximately 30 fat clients and 375 thin clients running on two
Citrix boxes, both sets of users running financial modules. We have a
moderate number of custom reports and mods, all of which my department
is responsible for. We are also responsible for all of the connectivity
issues, upgrades, system admin, and literally anything else relating to
the system, excluding only the actual running of the apps by the user
departments. We also do things other than Edwards that takes about 20%
of our time.

Don't need a whole lot of detail here, but would like your opinion on
how many full time employees we would need to offer excellent and timely
tech support, system admin and customer service, including the CNC
stuff. If you just want to send a number with little explanation, that
would be appreciated as well.
