memory errors P4210 activeconsole.exe TSE/Citrix

We went live with OneWorld XE SP15 in September 2001 as a distribution company and since then our customer service users have been reporting memory errors or "Invalid overwrite or read errors" We have been chasing JDE's upgrade schedule ever since. We are currently at SP20_J1 XU6 and many ESU's and SARS are applied that attempt to address the memory errors in activeconsole.exe. Still we get memory errors. We have daily conference calls with JDE while their developers are still working on the problem. We were told we are alone with these errors, that no other company is reporting memory errors from activeconsole.exe while users are using P4210. I"ve talked to a few people on this site that are too receiving memory errors, please contact me if you too are receiving errors. Thanks

My customers also have had lots of these errors.
Have you tried

[DB CACHE INFORMATION]
Library Cache = 20

on the client JDE.INI? Many of these errors were due to lack of Library
Caches for localized BSFNs.
