Does anyone know how to have the grid format set to maximize everytime a user logs on?

Generally a code change, sometimes included in service packs. Open a call with JDE and see if they have a fix for the particular program grid in question. They can give you an idea where the code would need to be changed if they don't have the fix.

If you take the application/Form into FDA, and look into form's properties, BASED ON THE JDE RELEASE AND SERVICE PACK (information that you did NOT provide), there might be a way to modify the form's Guide (Resolution), thus be allowed to increase the space for the Grid.
