Troubleshooting Document

Hello,

I am currently in the process of transitioning my OW CNC administration responsibilities to someone else. I am trying to put together a somewhat comprehensive troubleshooting document as a reference piece. I have put together a rough outline of the top ten OW errors, and the top three things that cause each of these. I think this is a logical way to approach the document.

I searched the KG, but could find no troubleshooting guides to reference (not surprised). What I am hoping is that some of you might have a troubleshooting doc that I could look over for more ideas and for things I may have missed. I would also welcome seeing how others have approached a document like this.

Tony, there are a few documents on the KG. While some may be not be
current, some of the knowledge is still very relevant depending on your
platform and/or your requirements.

An example would be otm-00-0113. I believe I have seen one for the iseries
400 (AS/400) as well.
