Comments on HR and Canadian Payroll modules

Hello all.
My company is looking at implementing the HR and Canadian Payroll modules of Oneworld. I am posting this to get feedback from current users to the above modules. Pros/Cons/Concerns, etc??

I've worked with a number of Canadian customers running HR/Payroll. There
were issue with earlier versions but on Xe the product is a lot better.
You'll want to be on Update 6 or 7 (when it comes out) and you'll need the
latest planner ESU in order to apply the Payroll baseline ESU (you really
need this!). You'll want to update your version of Oracle to 8.1.7. Check
the MTR page for specifics. If you're interested I can put you in contact
