Hi All,
I have couple of queries regarding Data Migration in CSMS. As there is no INTEROPERABILITY in JD Edwards for CSMS modules (Install Base, Service Contract & Service Order), how do we go about it?
What do you recommend?
Like for e.g. in Service Order, if we take all the open SVO into JDE, for some of these SVO, PARTS could be issued in legacy system, but the billing has not been done. Now if we have to do the billing in JDE, there will no workfile record as the parts has been issued in legacy. Any tips on this ?
