Enterprise Server Locking Up after SP20 H1

Our clustered enterprise server is freezing up for an undetermined reason. When the clustered enterprise server freezes up, failover does not get initiated. This leaves us unable to access the clustered enterprise server and unable to do anything within JD Edwards. This issue occurred shortly after applying the SP20_H1 oneoff and has happened multiple times since then. We are trying to determine the cause of the clustered enterprise server freezing up so we can prevent that from happening. Has anyone experienced this type of problem before?
We are running
Windows 2000 Advanced Server SP 2
SQL Server 2000 Service Pack 1
OneWorld XE Update 6 Service Pack 20_H1
