Zero Balance adjustment Error

Hi,
we meet a problem about the Zero Balance adjustment in F4111 and we find a SAR5913693 from JDE KG talk about the same problem.But the SAR Status is 09 ( Closed-No Further Action )

Hi Ramon

We encountered exactly the same issue as well and hit the same brick wall as you have. Luckily we were able to change some procedures internally and are now monitoring whether rogue ZBA still occur. Even if JDE is still in denial, this is definitely a software flaw!
According to SAR 5317939, the issue is still in the 'too hard basket'

Can you re-open the issue with JDE? Maybe we should poll if other companies want the same issue fixed?
