How can I stop the AS/400 sign on prompt from coming up every time a user connect to OneWorld Xe through ICA client? Is there any password caching to be turned on? Thanks

On the Farm go into Operations Navigator select the File drop down menu, goto properties and select the connection tab. You have three choices;

Use Windows user name and password
Use Default user id and prompt as needed
Prompt every time.

You'll need to do this on server on your Citrix Farm.

Allison, connections tab is set up to use default user id and prompt as needed and NOT prompt every time. Still puzzled.

Make sure you have security server setup in the jde.ini for the user. Make sure you have the latest service pack on for client access.
