Security Violations when logging in (sometimes).

In the last couple of weeks we have been getting 'Security Violation' errors on an inconsistent basis when logging into JDE.
We run on three Citrix servers (not other fat clients).
It happens to anyone, at anytime, on any machine, but not consistently.
It happens when you enter your username and password then the security violation box pops up. You then click OK, then 'Get Auth' then OK and you're into JDE.
I can't reproduce this problem on demand.

Any ideas??
Thanks,
Si

Edwards knows this is a known problem with some machines on Citrix MF
XP, for some reason the date the security uses is a different format
than the one used in Citrix and they never sync up right. Or you need
to install ESU JD12367, if your security revision is 5 - it needs to say
7, but that would probably happen every time you log on.

In your server JDE.INI, you may want to increase the "maxNumberOfProcesses" and the "numberOfAutoStartProcesses" for the [JDENET_KERNEL_DEF4] -- this is the security kernel.
