User Logon

Can a user in Oneworld log onto production if they have not had security set up? The security I refer to is password change frequency, allowed attempts, etc

If you have an environment specified for the particular user, and user
security set up, then a user can logon. If you do not have production
environment assigned to that id, then the user cannot log into production.
Further, if the user is not set up in W98OWSECE, User Security, the user
cannot log on. I hope this answers your question.

Hi James,

Security is global so a user will need to have an ID set-up to logon. The specific environments they have access to can be seen in the environments tab from the user profiles screen P0092.

Regards

Neil.
