URGENT: problem printing Eastern European chars

Hello,

We start OW XE in live for our eastern european countries the 1st january...

And we're unable to print properly the specific chars..

We're in live for 2 years for western Europe without problem

ES is an AS/400 (jde.ini => US_EBCDIC)

I've setup P98980 to use Arial for C (czech) and Hungarian language with the eastern script that should allow us to print properly

The spool is in fact using Western Europe fonts.. [crazy] so it doesn't use the script parameter.....[frown]

I've tried to modify LocalCodeSet in jde.ini with no success...
I've overidden the truetype fonts => no success...
the problem seems to be during the pdf generation on the AS/400 and i think no parameter on the client would modify anything

So please if anybody got a solution, an idea, that will really be welcome...we won't be able to start until the problem is solved (maybe Zoltàn? i've seen you're from Hungary?)

We have a customer with the same problem printing specific spanish chars.
If reports are prcessed localy they can see in the .pdf file the spanish specific chars (ñ , á, é´......). If reports are processed by the Enterprise Server they can not see them.

We have found a call with a similar issue (5255117). We are waiting to SP21 to test if it solves the issue.

They are on: Xe, XU6, SP20_D1, AS/400 ES V5R1M0.
