RE: PDF files on C:\\, Citrix

I followed your sugesstions below and I got the following in DOS:
C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~\1.SEJ\LOCALS~1\Temp\3
C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~\1.SEJ\LOCALS~1\Temp\3
We have under Control Pannel\ ....Env. Variables .....
TEMP %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp
TMP %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp
We also tried to change the .......Env. Variables .... to
TEMP C:\TEMP
TMP C:\TEMP
but Acrobat still wants to put its s2v4.1, s2v4.2, .......workfiles on C:\
I don't know what's wrong, Sebastian, have you locked out your users from
C:\ ?
so they can not create anyting there, if you have, how can it then works
for you ??

When you open a Command Window (aka DOS), and type ECHO %TEMP% and ECHO
%TMP% what does appear?
Is it C:\? If so, then your problem is that Windows is generating all its
temporary files
there. You can alter %TEMP% and %TMP% settings by entering Control Panel -
System - Advanced -
Environment Variables and modify them for both current user and 'System'.
