Is there any place from where I can get a list of BSF and there useability with the required in/out parameters

This subject was discussed no so long ago. If you do a search you may find some other tips but personally I use the following shortcut:

You could generate BSFN documentation by using R98ABSFN (you have to run it locally), and reading this documentation with the P98ABSFN. There are HTLM pages, generated in your printqueue directory.
If you run the R98ABSFN for BSFN it could be long, so use data selection...

Don't forget to point the P98MOQUE to the directory where the HTML Files are generated or copy the files to a generic folder.
