strange update 5 error

Dear All,

In a lab environment, I'm setting up JDE XE enterprise and deployment servers with the following specs:
server platform: win2k sp2.
SQL: 2000 sp2.
JDE version: XE
JDE ESU: jd14838 or jd16916

After the ESU is applied, I try to install update 5, after 14 pdf files generated (at the last stage of package workbench). An error occured.The error is:

"Error: File Transfer Error
An error occured during the file transfer of the FedEX TRANS.IN file from the AS/400 to the NT server. "

There's no AS/400 involved.

Did anyone see this error and know how to resolve it?

I try ot install XU6 and an error occured. The error is equal you error.

Do you resolved the problem ?
