Has anyone had success accepting/installing update packages on a WinXP workstation? Completed SAR 6280744 said this was fixed with SP20_C1, however I have heard otherwise.

We had this issue with SP 15.1 and tested to see if resolved by other SPs below SP20.
Our testing with SP20 (E1) however found this issue to be addressed.
At first we thought it hadn't but it turned out to be an installation goof on our part with SP20.
On the clients in question suggest you check the contents of the file c:\B7\System\Bin32\ptf.log. Make sure the log file shows SP20_C1. If the ptf.log doesn't show SP20 then the proper foundation has not been installed on the client.
