Could you duplicate the control buttons like Next Page, Previous Page, Main Index, etc. on the bottom of the postlist panel and the Next Thread, Previous Thread, View All Thread etc. on the bottom of the post panel, somewhere over the "Jump to".
It could make much more comfortable the navigation when we are on the end of a long screen /wwwimages/icons/cool.gif instead of scrolling up to the top to access these buttons /wwwimages/icons/sick.gif.
